Arashi‘s AraFes live DVD of their concert at Tokyo National Stadium sold 624,000 for their first week, which makes them the 1st in Oricon’s Weekly DVD Ranking (period of 12/24-12/30).
This is the 8th consecutive time that Arashi topped the DVD ranking since Summer Tour 2007 Final Time – Kotoba no Chikara (released last 2008). In overall, KinKi Kids maintained the lead with 10 consecutive DVDs that got the top spot followed by B’z with 8. KinKi Kids also got the top spot in “total copies sold for concert DVDs”.
