Last Dec 29th, Kanjani8 also had their rehearsal for the 64th Kohaku Uta Gassen in Shibuya Hall in Tokyo. Murakami Shingo is thankful that the group can participate for the 2nd time, and although they were restless last year, they are more at ease this time.
Maruyama Ryuhei did not think that they can participate again, so it’s “Je! Je! Je!” for them. Meanwhile, Okura Tadayoshi is keen on playing the taiko for Sakamoto Fuyumi on her “Otoko no hi matsuri” (Man’s Fire Festival) performance. Okura commented his participation is his way full throttle support to manliness as it is told in the song.
Lastly, as collaboration goes, Yokoyama Yu wishes to collaborate with Otomo Yoshihide & “Amachan” Special Big Band upon listening to their Kohaku rehearsal. The said band will do Kohaku’s opening number.
The 64th Kohaku Uta Gassen will be live on Dec 31st, 7:15 PM (JST).
