On New Year’s Eve of “63rd Kohaku Uta Gassen” where Arashi will serve as the White team‘s host, first-time performers Kanjani8, and Red team‘s AKB48 and Perfume will be collaborating for Disney’s “Dream Stage: Uta de Aitai” (Meet with the Song). The collaboration will showcase many songs from Disney’s classics. Arashi’s Satoshi Ohno will act as the presenter with special guests from Disney to stage a show full of dreams.
This year marks the 110th birth celebration of Walt Disney, the creator of animation classics, such as: “Pinocchio”, “Cinderella”, an “Snow White”. Last August, Ohno visited Disneyland to do a NHK documentary and hopes “to meet Mickey again”. The special one night performance with Arashi and other great artists this time around is a must see.
The “63rd Kohaku Uta Gassen” will air on Dec 31st starting on 7:15PM (JST).
